The Motorbike Guy provides motorcycle valuation services, including free UK-wide collection. Our services are limited to motorcycles, excluding scooters and Chinese-made motorcycles.

4. Accuracy of Valuation

While we strive for accuracy, valuations are estimates. The final sale price may vary depending on market conditions and the motorcycle’s condition.

5. Collection and Payment

Collection is free within the UK. Payment terms are detailed in the valuation confirmation.

6. Liability

The Motorbike Guy is not liable for any loss or damage to the motorcycle during the collection process, unless proven to be due to our negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
