Terms and Conditions for The Motorbike Guy<\/b><\/p>\n\n

1. Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/p>\n

By using The Motorbike Guy’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n

2. Services Offered<\/b><\/p>\n

The Motorbike Guy provides motorcycle valuation services, including free UK-wide collection. Our services are limited to motorcycles, excluding scooters and Chinese-made motorcycles.<\/p>\n\n

3. Valuation Process<\/b><\/p>\n

Our valuation process involves a four-step procedure: submitting details, receiving a valuation, arranging collection, and receiving payment. Detailed information about the process is available on our Valuation Process<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n

4. Accuracy of Valuation<\/b><\/p>\n

While we strive for accuracy, valuations are estimates. The final sale price may vary depending on market conditions and the motorcycle’s condition.<\/p>\n\n

5. Collection and Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

Collection is free within the UK. Payment terms are detailed in the valuation confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

6. Liability<\/b><\/p>\n

The Motorbike Guy is not liable for any loss or damage to the motorcycle during the collection process, unless proven to be due to our negligence.<\/p>\n\n

7. Governing Law<\/b><\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.<\/p>\n\n

8. Changes to Terms<\/b><\/p>\n
